EUROPATHWAY™
The Camp Lasts Five Days.
The Journey Can Continue.
Euro Football Camp is more than a week of training.
EuroPathway™ is our long-term player identification, evaluation and opportunity network. It was created to ensure that players who demonstrate ability, potential, character and commitment can remain visible beyond the final day of camp.
A Proven Pathway
Olivia Garcia’s journey into professional football.
Olivia came to Euro Football Camp to showcase her talent. An agent spotted her at camp, signed her for representation and secured her a club in Denmark within a week of the camp.
Her professional journey began at HB Køge. Today, she plays for Brighton & Hove Albion in England’s Women’s Super League.
Her story shows why being seen matters: camp connected her with an agent who could help turn her ability into a professional opportunity.
What Is EuroPathway™?
EuroPathway™ connects the training players receive during camp with possible opportunities beyond it.
Throughout the week, our European academy coaches, invited agents and scouts will observe players in a serious training environment. They will evaluate more than athletic ability. They will look at how players think, learn, respond to coaching, communicate and perform under pressure.
Players who stand out may be recommended for continued monitoring, additional evaluation or future opportunities through the EuroPathway™ network.
EuroPathway™ does not promise every participant a trial, contract or place at a European club. It creates something many players never receive:
A genuine opportunity to be seen by people connected to European football.
How the Pathway Works
Attend Euro Football Camp and experience five days and 30 hours of training led by coaches from professional European academy environments.
Players are evaluated on their technical ability, tactical understanding, decision making, athletic qualities, mentality, professionalism and coachability.
Players who demonstrate strong potential may be identified by our coaches, agents or scouts for continued observation.
Players receive feedback and an evaluation to help them understand their strengths, areas for improvement and possible next steps.
Selected players may remain connected to the EuroPathway™ network after camp through future evaluations, video reviews and development updates.
When an appropriate opportunity becomes available, eligible players may be considered for introductions, additional training, European visits, trials, representation discussions or club opportunities.
YOUTH PLAYERS · U7–U17
Young players may not yet be eligible to move internationally, but they can still be identified, evaluated and followed.
Our European academy coaches understand the qualities they look for when developing young players week in and week out. During camp, they will assess each player’s ability, potential, attitude, football intelligence and willingness to learn.
Selected youth players may be considered for:
- Continued monitoring after camp
- Future video evaluations
- Invitations to future Euro Football Camps
- Advanced training opportunities
- Individual development recommendations
- European football and cultural experiences
- Training visits to European academies
- Matches or sessions against appropriate academy teams
All opportunities involving minors will follow applicable FIFA regulations, safeguarding requirements and parental-consent procedures.
Being identified does not guarantee an academy placement, international transfer, scholarship or professional contract. It means the player has made an impression and may now have people within the European football network following their development.
PLAYERS AGED 18 AND OLDER
Players aged 18 and older are generally eligible to pursue international opportunities without the same transfer restrictions that apply to minors.
That makes the 18+ program more than a development camp. It is also an evaluation environment for serious players who want to explore opportunities in European football.
Selected 18+ players may be considered for:
- Continued evaluation
- Introductions to European agents and scouts
- Representation discussions
- Club introductions
- Training opportunities in Europe
- Trial consideration
- Matching with an appropriate club profile
- Video review by additional football contacts
- Guidance regarding realistic next steps
- Potential club-placement support
No player is guaranteed representation, a trial or a professional contract.
What we provide is access, visibility, honest evaluation and the possibility of creating an opportunity that may not have existed before.
What Our Coaches and Scouts Evaluate
Talent matters, but talent alone is not enough.
European clubs also look for players who listen, learn, compete, communicate and conduct themselves professionally.
Honest Opportunities. No False Promises.
Euro Football Camp will never tell every player that they are going to become a professional.
We will not guarantee contracts, trials, scholarships, representation or club placement simply because someone registers for camp.
The coaches bring the European academy environment to the camp.
EuroPathway™ helps ensure that the connection does not have to end when the camp is over.
Our commitment is to provide:
- Authentic European academy coaching
- Serious player evaluation
- Honest feedback
- Greater visibility
- Meaningful football connections
- Continued monitoring for selected players
- Access to appropriate opportunities when available
Your Journey Has to Start Somewhere
Five days can reveal potential. The right coach can recognize something others have missed.
One evaluation can lead to another conversation, another opportunity and an entirely different future.
