18+ European Showcase
From North America To Europe.
For the first time on American soil, agents from leading European football agencies and
scouts connected with top European clubs will attend the showcase to identify talent.
SPOTTED AT OUR CAMP. NOW PLAYING FOR BRIGHTON IN ENGLAND
Olivia Garcia’s journey into professional football.
Olivia came to Euro Football Camp to showcase her talent. An agent spotted her at camp, signed her for representation and secured her a club in Denmark within a week of the camp.
Her professional journey began at HB Køge. Today, she plays for Brighton & Hove Albion in England’s Women’s Super League.
Her story shows why being seen matters: camp connected her with an agent who could help turn her ability into a professional opportunity.
How It Works
Outstanding young players can begin relationships with participating football professionals who may continue following their development over time.
College players have opportunities to showcase themselves in front of professionals actively working within European football.
Today's evaluation. Tomorrow's opportunity.
Show your ability, attitude and potential at camp.
European coaches and scouts observe and identify players.
Selected players may be invited for further opportunities.
On merit, through the EuroPathway™ program.
A Pathway Beyond Camp
For a select group of players who demonstrate outstanding ability, attitude, coachability, and commitment, the journey may not end when camp does.
Outstanding participants may be invited to continue their development through an exclusive EuroPathway™ Experience, subject to age, ability, eligibility, availability, and applicable regulations.
This unique opportunity includes:
- European academy coaching: Five days of training to sharpen your technical ability, tactical understanding, decision-making and performance.
- In-person exposure to European agents and club scouts: Demonstrate your ability in front of professionals looking for players for potential representation and opportunities in European football.
- Competitive match play: Show how you perform under pressure—your quality on the ball, movement, awareness, work ethic and contribution to a team.
Participating agents are attending to identify players they may wish to represent and help pursue opportunities with clubs in Europe. Selection depends on each player’s performance and the independent decisions of the participating professionals. No signing, representation, trial or contract is guaranteed.
Come ready to compete. Show them what you can do. Give European football professionals a reason to sign you.
Could You Be Selected?
Throughout the week, our coaching staff continually observes players — not just for technical ability, but for attitude, work ethic, coachability, teamwork, and character. A select number of players may be identified for future EuroPathway™ development opportunities in Europe, where appropriate and subject to eligibility and applicable regulations.
For those invited, it is more than a football trip — it’s an opportunity to experience European coaching, football culture, and a new way of learning the game.
The Journey Doesn't Have to End Here
Outstanding players who consistently demonstrate exceptional ability, coachability, attitude, and commitment may be considered for future EuroPathway™ opportunities.
Selected players may have the opportunity to travel to Europe for an immersive football and cultural experience that can include:
- Advanced training sessions with experienced European coaches
- Visits to professional football environments
- Tactical and technical education
- Cultural activities and sightseeing
- Exposure to the daily standards and expectations of European football
- The opportunity to build international friendships and broaden their understanding of the global game
This is more than a football trip. It’s an opportunity to experience another culture, see how football connects people across borders, and continue learning in the environment where many of the world’s best players develop.
